From Marketing Executive to Leadership Coach and Author, Coach Cathy’s journey is a testament to intentional growth, faith-driven leadership, and purpose-filled living.
After over 20 years in marketing and 10 years in executive leadership, Cathy realized that success wasn’t just about achievements—it was about leading yourself first, with confidence, clarity, and faith. This realization inspired her transition into leadership coaching and writing, helping women of faith move from self-doubt to self-leadership.
Through her work, Cathy empowers Christian women to discover their identity in God, embrace their calling, and take simple, actionable steps toward extraordinary leadership. Her approach blends introspection, intention, identity, and practical leadership action, all grounded in the foundation of faith.

Genesis 1:27-28 reminds us:
